Dora D. Dally
Dora D. Dally, 90, died Tuesday, April 9, 1991, at the Windsor Estates Nursing Home in Kansas.
She was born Dora D. Lawlis on Oct. 13, 1900, at Hill City and moved to Salina, Kan., in 1920. She was a homemaker and a member of the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church and was a member of the United Methodist Women, Women's Christian Temperance Union; and past president of Parent Teachers Association and Union Pacific Old Timers Auxiliary Club 32.
Her husband, Dewey, died in 1977.
Survivors include two sons, Blaine and Harold, both of Kansas; three daughters, Shirley Gruber of Barnard, Kan.; Beryl Schumacher of Lubbock, Texas and Barbara Kosinski of Rose Hill, Kan.; two brothers, Albert Lawlis of Broken Bow, Neb., and Don Lawlis of Breckley, Wash.; a sister, Opal Jassman of Lusk, Wyo.; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held April 12 at the Ryan Mortuary with Rev. Alan Stambaugh officiating. A private burial was held in Roselawn Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the church.
