Clifford "Cliff" G. Huff

Clifford "Cliff" Huff, 84, of Marysville, WA, passed away peacefully at home on January 12, 2013 with loved ones by his side following a long battle with cancer.
Cliff was born on March 20, 1928 in Iowa. Following high school Cliff enlisted in the Air Force during the Korean War. He served his country for 24 years; he retired in 1972 as a Chief Master Sergeant.
Following his military service he was called into the ministry with the Church of God of Prophecy. He began his ministry in new field work. God blessed with two new churches in Buffalo and Worland, Wyoming. He became a Bishop in the Church of God of Prophecy in 1975. His ministry led him to Washington State where he continued preaching and teaching until he was called home to be with the Lord.
Cliff married Dolores Marie Deitchler on July 11, 1952 in Lusk, Wyoming. During Cliff's military career they had four children. They were married 60 years and together they enjoyed family, church and each other's company.
His parents, Kleiber and Florence Huff, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
He is survived by his sister, Edith Walters; his loving wife, Dolores; four children, Sheri (Don) Paquette, Ronald (Andrea) Huff, Judy (Don) Castanares and Patricia (Leonard) Lord; 10 grandchildren, Kevin (Sarah) Paquette, Jeffrey (Sarah) Paquette, Craig (Michelle) Paquette, Brandon (Bianca) Lord, Mitchell (Shaelyn) Paquette, Brenton Castanares, Briley (Libertie) Lord, Trevor Castanares, Molly Huff and Samuel Huff; nine great-grandchildren, Reina, Madalyn, Austin, Jakob, Ava, Collin, Chace, Declan and Kyle.
Cliff had a great sense of humor and a lot of wisdom, his family will miss him very much.
There will be a Celebration of Clifford's life on January 18, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203.03/03/20/19
