Pete Cotten Dies Here Thursday
Richard Robert (Pete) Cotten, 82, of Lusk died last Thursday at the Niobrara County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held at the Pete Mortuary, Saturday at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Fred Bolinger officiated.
Organ music was furnished by Mrs. A. F. DeCastro.
Casket bearers were Henry Lewis, Willard Frye, Duane Verley, C. E. Marvin, Bert Marr and Carl DeGroot. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.
Mr. Cotten made his home with Ralph Marshall for a number of years. He and Mr. Marshall plowed gardens and did other work in this area.
Survivors include two sons, addresses unknown.
