Keith Farrington

Keith Farrington, 84, of Kaycee passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at his home in Kaycee due to health issues. Funeral services were held in Lusk, Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, with interment at the Lusk Cemetery.

He was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado to George Earl and Eva Grace (Pfister) Farrington on March 2, 1937. He grew up with his brothers Allen and Gary, helping on the family farm. Keith graduated high school in Crawford, Nebraska.

Besides the love of his life, his wife Jennette, he loved hunting (elk was his passion). Fishing was another of his loves. He was an antique collector and had many antiques. During his years Keith and Jennette were lovers of square dancing. Keith was a caller at many of the dances in the area.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers; stepdaughter Rita Hubbard; and stepson Randy Moore. He is survived by his wife Jennette; sons, Ken (Carol) Farrington, and Karl (Mary Ellen) Farrington; granddaughters Andrea, Courtney, Lonna, Lacy, Amber, Sandy, Mandy, Leslie, Michelle, and Randi Sue; 23 great-grandchildren; daughter Yodi (John) Miles; son-in-law Paul Hubbard; and daughter-in-law Hatta Moore.

Memorials may be made to the Kaycee Ambulance fund.

Pier Funeral Home of Lusk is in charge of arrangements.
