Granville Tinnin Dies in Casper

Granville Tinnin died early Saturday morning at his home in Casper, of a heart attack. Mr. Tinnin was 69 years old and had been a resident of Wyoming since 1904. He came to this county and was made foreman of the old Coffee-Tinnin ranch, subsequently acquiring half interest in the ranch.

Mr. Tinnin was the president of the Lusk Royalty Oil company and had private interests in the Lance Creek Field. He owned a ranch in western Nebraska. He was a member of the Consistory of the Scottish Rite in Cheyenne, of the Masonic Lodge in Rushville, Nebr. and of the Korean Temple in Rawlins. About two years ago Mr. Tinnin retired and moved to Casper to make his home.

Surviving the deceased is a brother, Buford Tinnin, of Rushville, Nebr., and a sister, Mrs. Fay T. Barnes of New York City.

Services were held at the Gay Mortuary Chapel on Monday at 3:30. Interment will be in Georgetown, Texas.
