Donald F. Thielbar, 49, of Oakland, Calif. died August 20 in Oakland, Calif. masonic rites were conducted August 31 with burial in an Oakland cemetery. He was a member of Harmony masonic Lodge of Lusk and is survived by his wife Carolyn.
