John Bryant

Funeral services for John Bryant, age 69, will be Thursday, May 9, 1996 at the Bader Funeral Home in Lusk with Rev. Helen E. Oates officiating. Burial will follow in the Lusk Cemetery.

Mr. Bryant died Monday, May 6, 1996, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper following a long illness. He was born July 23, 1926, the son of Sylvania Howell and Fred Bryant of Lusk. He married Mildred Crofutt on March 12, 1944, in Gering, Neb. To this union one son, George was born.

John worked as a welder and mechanic on various construction jobs moving to Riverton in 1971. He retired in September of 1995, and they moved to Lusk.

John's other talents and hobbies were playing several string musical instruments, woodworking and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

Survivors included his wife Mildred of Lusk; one son, George, of Rozet, Wyo.; one brother, Burr Bryant of Lusk; three sisters, Iris Cline of Oklahoma, Evelyn Guibault of California and Verva Crofutt of Lusk; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Bader Funeral Home in Lusk is in charge of arrangements.
