Ileen D. Frye

Ileen passed away on March 26, 2014 in Casper, Wyoming.

Ileen began her journey through life on November 12, 1922, at the family homestead north of Lost Springs, Wyoming. Her parents were Lee and Florence Wright.

Ileen was the fourth of seven children. On May 15, 1940 she married Willard Frye, in Harrison, Nebraska. They lived in Wyoming and Idaho, prior to Willard being drafted into the Army in 1942. They lived in Texas, Maryland, and Florida while Willard was in the Army. After Willard was discharged they lived in Nebraska, before moving to Casper, Wyoming in 1946. They moved to Orpha, Wyoming and in 1950 moved to Douglas, Wyoming. In 1967 they moved to Lusk, Wyoming where she resided until 2009 when Ileen moved to The Shephard Of The Valley Care Center in Casper, Wyoming.

Ileen was baptized in The First Baptist Church in Lusk, Wyoming in 2003 and joined the Lusk Elks Lodge in 2006.

Ileen is survived by her son, Darrell and his wife Barbara of Lusk, and son Earl and wife Sue of Riverton, seven grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 20 great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard, her parents, Lee and Florence Wright, son Jim, Brothers George and Wilbur Wright, sister Geneva Murphy, Jeanette Pebbles, Ruey and Lilian Wright. Two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Services will be held at First Baptist, Lusk, Wyoming on April 4th, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Graveside services will be at the Douglas Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. April 4th 2014.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the First Baptist Church or the Lusk Elks Lodge W.E.S.T. Fund.

Bustard's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
