Daniel Cris Christian

Daniel Cris Christian was born May 13, 1927 in Lusk, Wyo. At his death on Nov. 29, 2012 in Boise, Idaho he was 85 years old.

Daniel's early years were spent with his parents Raymond and Lillian Christian on the Christian ranch. After Daniel's service in the Navy, toward the end of WWII, he returned to Wyoming. He was married from 1958-1979 to Dorothy Wilson and had two sons. He received his Economics Degree from the University of Wyoming. His later work took him to South Dakota and then Boise, Idaho where he lived the remainder of his life.

Daniel's survivors include, his sister Rae Ann Larson; his two sons Dan (and Laurie) Christian; and Eric Christian; two grandchildren Nicole and Matthew Christian; Dorothy Christian; and Daniel's special friend Jean Bond.

Memorial Services will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Boise, Idaho on December 13 at 11 am. A later service in Lusk, Wyoming, where he will be buried, will be held at the Congregational Church on December 27 at 11 am. Donations may be sent to Covenant Presbyterian Church Choir in Boise or the Congregational Church Choir in Lusk where he sang for almost 30 years. Condolences may be made at www.bowmanfuneral.com .
