Herman Dieckman
Former Keeline Resident Dies In Denver, 8th
Herman Dickman (Dieckman), who formerly resided on his homestead near Keeline, passed away in a Denver hospital, following an illness of long duration on February 8th. He was seventy-six years of age at the time of his death.
Mr. Dickman is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Krouse of Augusta, Kans., and Mrs. Ben Brown of Keeline; and two sons, Fred Dickman of Keeline and Wm. Dickman of Augusta.
Mr. and Mrs. Dickman lived on their Keeline ranch where they homesteaded in 1907 until 1923, when they moved to Denver. The ranch is now occupied by the Ben Brown family.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Keeline Lutheran church, with Rev. A. I. Bernthal in charge, and interment was made in the Prairie View cemetery. The Peet Funeral Home of Lusk was in charge of arrangements.
