Mrs. Chris Glandt Died at Alliance
Mrs. Chris Glandt, prominent Jay Em resident, died Tuesday evening, April 4th, at the Alliance Hospital, following a major operation that morning from which she failed to rally.
Funeral services were held at the Jay Em Community Hall Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, with Rev. A. I. Bernthal, pastor of the Lutheran Church of Lusk officiating. The Colyer Mortuary of Torrington had charge of the services, and interment was made at the Jay Em cemetery.
A chorus of mixed voices were furnished by Mrs. John Rice, Mrs. P. J. Owens, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Klemke, Mr. Otto H. Klemke and C. Klemke, with Miss Viola Klemke, accompanist.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Glandt is survived by her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Fosse and a brother, and a host of friends to mourn her loss.
