Lee Lloyd Moore Dies at Hospital; Funeral Monday

The brief life of little Lee Lloyd Moore, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Moore of Lance Creek, came to an end at the Lusk hospital at 6:20 o'clock Sunday morning, April 22nd, following an illness which began two weeks ago when the baby was stricken with influenza. This developed into encephalitis, and on Saturday the infant was brought from the family home to the hospital in this city. Lee Lloyd was 5 months and 29 days of age at the time of passing.

Funeral services, under the direction of the Midwest mortuary, were held from the Methodist Episopal church in Manville, Monday afternoon, April 23rd, at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. Edwin F. Irwin, pastor of the Congregational church of this city, officiating.

Four small girls of Manville sang several songs at the services, and the remains were conveyed to the Manville cemetery by a group of four other Manville children, where they were placed at rest.

Surviving the deceased are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Moore, and grandparents on both sides of the family.

Leo Lloyd Moore was born at Lance Creek, Wyoming, on October 23, 1933. He died at the Lusk hospital April 21, 1934, following an illness of about two weeks.

He leaves to mourn his passing his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Moore; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Moore of Lance Creek, and Mr. and Mrs. John Beecher of Whitman, besides a number of other relatives.

Funeral services were held from the Methodist Episopal Church in Manville, on Monday, April 23rd, Rev. Edwin F. Irwin, pastor of the Congregational church of Lusk, officiating. Interment was made in the Manville cemetery.
