Margot B. Sullivan
Margot B. Sullivan was born Sept. 17, 1926 in Berlin, Germany. Margot left this world to be with the Lord on Nov. 7, 2009.
Margot Bertha Langen grew up in Berlin and completed her education there. She received an associate's degree in business while she resided in Germany. Margot grew up in the Lutheran Church. She met her future husband in February 1946. Fred Sullivan was stationed in Berlin during the occupation at the end of World War II. Fred came to Margot's home to take German lessons. She lived with her parents. They became friends and fell in love over the next year. They were married in July 1947.
Margot moved to the United States with her new husband, first living in New Hampshire. Fred's family was from this area. After two years they moved to Wyoming where she lived until 1994. Margot raised three children in Wyoming. She worked as a receptionist and insurance clerk for the doctors in Lusk, Wyo. Margot was a member of the First Baptist Church and later the Manville Community Church.
In 1994 Margot and Fred moved to Yuma, Ariz. Fred passed away in August 1995. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Yuma. Margot continued to live in Yuma until March 2009. Because of failing health Margot moved to Colorado Springs, Colo. to live with her daughter and son-in-law. She was able to enjoy a wonderful Sullivan family reunion in June of 2009.
Margot is survived by her son James H. Sullivan of Yuma, Ariz; her daughter Renee M. Sullivan Kehr of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and her son Michael A. Sullivan of Cheyenne, Wyo.
She is survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Margot also has two nephews, one living in Berlin, Germany and one in Rome, Italy. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews from her Sullivan family. Margot was preceded in death by her parents, sister, brother and husband.
The family is planning a celebration service in the summer of 2010 in Lusk, Wyo. More details to follow and notification in local papers.
In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations be made to Pikes Peak Hospice in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Death Notice
Margot Sullivan
Memorial services for Margot Sullivan will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2010, at Pier funeral Home in Lusk with Pastor Chan Bayne officiating. Mrs. Sullivan passed away Nov. 7, 2009 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Memorials may be made to the Niobrara Senior Center.
Pier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
