Herbert A. Geike

Funeral services for Herbert A. Geike, 57, of Harrison were held Tuesday Apr. 8 at United Methodist Church with Rev. Alan Davis officiating. Burial was in the Harrison Cemetery.

Geike died Friday, Apr. 4 at home. A lifelong rancher, he was affiliated with the Eagles in Harrison. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Geike of Harrison; his mother, Mrs. Orpha Keebler of Lusk; three daughters, Zanya (Mrs. Tom) Faint, Twila (Mrs. Kevin) Grote and Julie Geike, all of Harrison; brothers Wendall Geike of Lusk and Howard Geike of Edgerton, WY; and sister Vesta Hutchison of Dubois, WY.

A memorial has been established in his name for the Harrison Community Ambulance Fund. Donations may be sent to Sioux National Bank in Harrison.
