Joyce Arlene Bryant
Services for Joyce Arlene Bryant were held Tuesday, March 5, at the United Memorial Methodist Church in Harrison with the Rev. Jeff Thurman officiating.
Joyce Arlene Bryant died March 2 at Crawford Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Bryant was born Oct. 20, 1906 on her father's homestead northwest of Harrison, Nebr. She was the daughter of James F. and Ethel R. Merriam. She received her education in the local schools.
On Feb. 7, 1924 she was united in marriage to John Wilbur Bryant of Lusk. They lived in Lusk for several years. In 1941 they moved to Denver where they lived until 1971 and then returned to Harrison to make their home.
She was preceded in death by an infant son and daughter.
She is survived by her husband John Wilbur. Two sons, James Bryant of Greybull and Wes Bryant of Gillette; two daughters Colein Kregear of Arvada, Colo., and Betty Austin of Gillette; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
