Infant Son of Lloyd Millers Dies Thursday

Gerald Dee, 2-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd H. Miller of Lance Creek, was taken very ill at the family home on last Thursday and was rushed at once to Lusk but life was reported extinct upon reaching a Lusk hospital. The baby was born March 8, 1952.

Funeral services were held from the Peet Chapel on Saturday May 17, by the Rev. Frank Schweissing, pastor of the First Baptist church. Music was furnished by Mrs. A. F. DeCastro and Mrs. H. J. Templeton.

Interment was in the Lusk cemetery.

Beside the parents, the baby is survived by two brothers, Harold and Garry and four grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. G. M. Miller and Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Johnson all of Lance Creek.

Among out-of-town relatives and friends here for the services were Mr. and Mrs. Cal Dillon and family of Ainsworth, Nebr., Guy Brewer of Provo, S. Dak., Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Johnson and Mrs. Maude Johnson, all of Casper, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Johnson and Jeane of Hartville, Mr. and Mrs. Heiny Leffingwell and children, Mrs. Joe Vondra and son, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Vondra and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Mathews and children all of Glenrock, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Tyrrel of Hawk Springs.
