Mae Alice Shimek Dies at Lander
Mae Alice Shimek, age 25, died at Lander on Nov. 17. She is the daughter of Mrs. Dora Shimek of Lusk and Ed Shimek of Riverton.
Graveside services wee conducted in Lander on Nov. 21 by the Methodist minister of that city. Boys from the state training school sang and acted as casket bearers.
Those attending the services were Mrs. Dora Shimek and children, Daisy, Arthur, Mary, Ernest and Bertha, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Newcomb all of Lusk; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McAllister of Edgerton, Roy Shimek of Scottsbluff, Ed Shimek of Riverton, Mrs. Leo Kaper of Lander and Mrs. Swanson of Riverton.
Garhart Vick took the Shimek family to Lander for the services.
