O. I. Stenger Dies In Minn. Sunday

O. I. Stenger of Crystal Lake, Minn. died at his home Sunday. Mr. Stenger was a former resident of Van Tassell and Lusk and was well known in this area.
Mr. Stenger had been in failing health for a number of years caused by diabetes. A blood clot on the heart was given as the cause of his death.
He homesteaded near Van Tassell in 1910 and later was in business in Van Tassell. Later he moved to Lusk and operated a real estate and insurance business. He left Lusk the fall of 1945 and moved to Crystal Lake but always retained his interest in this area.
Funeral services were held this Wednesday morning in Crystal Lake. Interment is being made this Wednesday afternoon in Parker, S. D.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Stenger of Laramie and grandson Jimmy; two brothers, Lawrence of Denver and Victor of Crystal Lake; and one sister, Mrs. Dan Judge of Artesian. S.D.
