Lois Helen Baughman

Lois Helen Baughman, 65, of Lusk died May 7, 1987 in Scottsbluff, NE after an extended illness.

Services were Monday at the Elks Lodge in Lusk with Esther Moore of the House of Yahweh officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 12, 1922, at her grandmother's home near Sybelle Canyon, near Bosler, WY, the daughter of Wesley and Beatrice Mangler George. Lois spent her early years at Bosler and Rock Springs and later attended school at Manville, where she resided with her stepfather and mother.

Lois and Floyd A. Baughman were married at Chadron, NE on Dec. 8, 1939. They spent most of their married life in the Lusk area.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice, her stepfather, Ernest Mangler, two sons, James Alton and Sidney Baughman, and a brother Donald Mangler.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd of Lusk; two sons, Clyde and Richard Baughman, both of Lusk; one daughter, Mary Stoner of Douglas, her father, Wesley George of Casper; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
