Sarah Sullivan Dies in Casper
Mrs. Sarah Ann Sullivan, 78, died December 22 at the Belaire Manor, Inc. of Casper. Funeral services were held in Lusk Monday, Dec. 28, at the Peet Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. The Rev Clyde Thompson of Douglas officiated. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.
Mrs. Ab DeCastro, organist, accompanied Miss Michele Baribeau as she sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "In the Garden."
Casket bearers were Mike Kilmer, Venus Kilmer, Everett Kilmer, Paul Morgan, Archie Lauer and Otto Krekeler.
She was born to Charles and Melvina Kilmer September 10, 1892, at Arnold, Neb. In 1912 she married Timothy Sullivan and they lived in Arnold until 1922 when they moved to Canada. In 1946 the couple moved to the old Bradley dairy northwest of Lusk.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lusk.
Her parents, husband, five sisters and two brothers died previously.
Survivors include two daughters, Marian Markle, Casper; Lois Dryer, Wolf Creek, Mont.; two sons, Andrew J. of Tomahawk, Alberta, Canada; Charles T. of Lusk; two sisters, Grace Morse and Josie Petersen of Arnold, Neb., and one brother, John Kilmer of Arnold; six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
