Clyde Leroy Baughman
Clyde was born November 24, 1941, in the Lusk area to Floyd and Lois Baughman and resided in the area the majority of his life. He passed away at Fort Mead Nursing Home in South Dakota on February 17, 2001.
He had many enjoyments; caring for his few stock animals, hunting, old cars, and bowling.
He married Doris Robinson on May 20, 1966, making Lusk their home.
In May of 2000 he was diagnosed with cancer, undergoing approximately 18 major surgeries in his battle for life. He fought a long and hard battle when finally Yahweh released him from his duty on earth.
Survivors include his devoted wife and partner of 36 years, Doris, son Bob Robinson and wife Charlene of Winterset, Iowa; daughter Carla Wedemeyer and husband Dan of Baker, Mont.; daughter Jo Schanel and husband Doug of Colorado Springs, Colo; sister Mary Stoner and husband Harry of Lusk; brother Richard Baughman and wife Joyce of Harden, Mont.; daughter-in-law Jonell Robinson, 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Lois Baughman, two brothers; James and Sidney, and one son Charles Robinson.
He will be sorely missed by all.
