Grace E. Stotser, 93, of Nampa, died Saturday, September 23, 1995, at a Nampa hospital. No memorial serves were conducted, but the family greeted family and friends at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 1995, in Nampa. Private family services were concluded in the Lusk Cemetery.
She was born on September 19, 1902, in Kansas City, Kansas, to William and Mary Jane Hutchinson. She married Lloyd Smith and they lived on a ranch in Wyoming. Her son and daughter were born to this union. She married Merle J. Stotser and they lived in Arizona. She lived the last 20 years of her life with her daughter in Wyoming and Nampa.
She was a member of a ceramics group in which she enjoyed her friends very much.
She is survived by a daughter, Ruth Christian of Nampa; a son, James B. Smith of Lusk, Wyoming; three grandchildren, Lindsey J. Smith, Chris L. Christian and Mikell Christian; eight great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter and two great-great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands and sister.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
