Former Luskite Harry Sager dies
The funeral for Harry E. Sager, formerly of Lusk, was held in Spearfish, S.D., Jan. 11. Sager died Jan 9 in Rapid City after a long illness.
Sager came to Lusk in 1927 and went into the ranching business with Robert Ord. While in Lusk he was initiated into the Harmony Lodge A.F. & A.M. In August 1929 he married Jeanette Ord.
The couple had one son, Harry Charles.
In 1936 Sager moved to Chugwater where he became manager of the Diamond Ranch. He and his wife were later divorced, and he moved to Beulah, N.D. where he married Edna Justice in 1953.
He is survived by his wife, Edna of Beulah, a daughter Jayne Sager of Spearfish and his son Harry Charles Sager of Houston, Tex. Two grandchildren also survive.
