Homer L. Osborne

Funeral services for Homer L Osborne, age 82, were held July 26, 1994, at the Bates-Gould Funeral Home in Alliance, Neb.

Interment was in the Alliance City Cemetery in Alliance, Neb.

Mr. Osborne died Friday, July 22, 1994, in Fort Collins, Colo.

He was born July 4, 1912, at Broken Bow, Neb., the son of Wilbert Osborne and Rosie Alhlmann Osborne.

On March 6, 1936, he married Evelyn Alice Jones at Broken Bow, Neb. Mrs. Osborne died December 2, 1991.

Homer was a former resident of Lusk, Wyo. where he owned a shoe repair shop on Main Street. He also lived in Loveland, Colo. prior to moving to Fort Collins where he was a shoe repairman for the Golden Slipper Shoe Shop.

He was a member of the Congregational Church, Odd Fellows, the Chamber of Commerce and Elks in Lusk.

Mr. Osborne was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna Lea Osborne of Fort Collins, Colo.; a son, James Osborne of Craig, Colo.; grandson, Aaron Osborne of Craig, Colo.; and sister, Elida O'Meara of Houston, Texas.

Warren-Bohlender Funeral Chapel of Fort Collins, Colo. and Bates-Gould Funeral Home of Alliance, Neb. were in charge of arrangements.
