Harry Lorenzen Funeral Service Held in Lusk

Funeral service was held for Harry F. Lorenzen, 66, at the Peet Chapel Saturday at 2:00. Mr. Lorenzen died February 7 at the Goshen County Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

The service was conducted by the Rev. Robert Boutwell. Mrs. A. F. DeCastro, organist, accompanied Tim Johnson as he sang "In The Garden" and "The Old Rugged Cross."

Casket bearers were Richard Kant, Albert Ruffing, Clyde Blackmore, Earl Pearson, Chuck Walsh and Robert Vollmer. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Mr. Lorenzen was well known in the community having worked for Conoco for 20 years, in the Conoco Station and Bulk Plant and was still employed by Richard Kant until his last illness. He also worked for the Ford Garage.

Mr. Lorenzen was married to Edith Jensen on June 21, 1931, with this marriage ending in 1955.

Survivors include two sons, Larry and Dennis of Lusk; two daughters, Deleta Alanis of Stockton, Calif., and Arleta Harvick of San Jose, Calif.; a brother, George Lorenzen of LaGrande, Ore.; a sister, Florence Miles of Cheyenne, and ten grandchildren. His parents and a brother died previously.

Harry Lorenzen Dies This Wed. Funeral Saturday

Harry Lorenzen, Lusk, died early this Wenesday morning at the Goshen County Hospital in Torrington. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with arrangements being handled by the Peet Mortuary of Lusk.
