Services for Lauren William "Bill" Haworth, age 78, will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 1995, at the Bader Funeral Home in Lusk with Rev. Robert Todd officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Crawford Cemetery, Crawford, Neb.

Bill died Tuesday, January 17, 1995, at his home in Lusk. He was born March 5, 1916, in Sioux County, Nebraska, the son of Lauren William and Villa May (Rizor) Haworth. He attended rural schools in Sioux County.

On April 17, 1940, he was united in marriage to Ardyce Maxine Clure. To this union were born eleven children; Carolyn, Marjorie, Keith, Raymond, Eldon, Twila, Stephen, Tom, Bennie, Bobby and Faith Ann. They made their home south of Harrison where they ranched until 1968, when they moved to Scottsbluff. Bill made his home there until moving to the Lusk area in the early 1980's.

On October 24, 1976, Bill was united in marriage to Judith Hudgens Brown and one child, Jennifer Lynn was born to this union.

Bill continued to live and ranch in the Lusk area until his death.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two brothers, four children and two grandchildren.

Survivors include one brother Kenneth, his children Carolyn, Marjorie, Raymond, Eldon, Twila, Steve, Tom and Faith Ann: ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
