Anna Catherine Grant Dies at Age 80
Mrs. Anna Catherine Grant, 80, a Chadron area resident for half a century, died Tuesday at St Mary's Hospital in Scottsbluff.
Mrs. Grant was born in Iowa, August 21, 1887, and married Roy Allyn Grant at Lusk, Wyo., May 4, 1910. The Grants had lived in Chadron since 1918.
Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Thayer of Harrison and Mrs. Elsie Lewis of Lusk.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 A.M. Friday at the Methodist Church in Chadron with Rev. Gale Moon officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
