Frank DeBano,80, Dies in Calif.

Frank DeBano, 80, died January 30 at Glendora, Calif., where he was visiting his son, Leonard and family.

Mr. DeBano spent his young manhood on a farm in Sioux county. He purchased the farm now owned by Mr. and Mrs. Trucks north of Crawford about 20 years ago and resided there until about 10 years ago when his wife died. He had since made his home at the Gate City Hotel in Crawford. He is survived by his son, Leonard, and family of California and numerous relatives and friends.

Rosary was held Friday evening February 5, at the Houston Funeral Home in Crawford and services were at St. John's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday conducted by Father Shumski. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery south of Crawford.
