Former Manville Resident Dies
Louie D. Wilson, resident for many years of the Manville vicinity, died at Navy Hospital in San Diego, Calif. December 6, according to a letter received by The Herald this week, from his sister, Mrs. Bennie Baker of Rawlins.
He was born in Nebraska July 11, 1887, being 54 at the time of his death. He came to Manville with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.D. Wilson, when he was three years old. He lived around Manville and Douglas until he moved to California in August of 1936.
Me married Mrs. Susie Jackman of Manville in 1923. He was a World War veteran.
He leaves one brother, Ira L. Wilson of Lance Creek and two sisters, Mrs. Josie Chapman of Billings and Mrs. Baker.
