J. W. Drake of Kirtley died on Saturday Feb. 7, 1920, being quite aged and a comparative new settler in this part of Wyoming. A son arrived Saturday for the funeral, and a daughter, Mrs. Rogers just returned to Sioux City, Iowa last Thursday after being at his bedside as long as she could be away from home, but of course not knowing that the end would be so soon.

He leaves a wife at Kirtley that we know of to mourn his loss, but we do not know the number and names of the children, etc.
