Austin James Judy

Austin James Judy was born May 6, 1991, to Guy Judy and Lisa Heine. He grew up on the family ranch, Pipe Ranch, near Mule Creek Junction. His family moved to Lusk his sophomore year. Austin graduated from Niobrara County High School in 2010.

Austin was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He loved working on vehicles and anything mechanical. He was always able to make something out of nothing. He was usually always found tinkering or rebuilding something. He loved flying his drone over Lusk and recording his niece while she sledded with grandma. Austin would always have a joke, and you would always leave happier than you came.

Austin always had a cold beer to offer, and knowledge about something you didn't necessarily need to know. He loved hanging out with his sister Ashley, her husband Geof, and his nieces and nephew. Austin spent a majority of his time terrorizing his adopted brothers Weldon Tschacher and Cooper Dorwart. Austin was famous for always having googly eyes stickers readily available to lighten the mood. Austin developed a wealth of knowledge that he gladly shared with anyone who asked.

Austin is survived by his mother Lisa Heine (Scott Smith), his father Guy (Linda) Judy, daughter Olivia Judy, sister Ashley (Geof) Cummins, uncle Scott (Kellie Wiggins) Judy, cousin Tiffany Judy, Uncle Duane "Sam" (Karen) Heine, his adoptive brothers Weldon Tschacher and Cooper Dorwart, and his nieces and nephew Jaylah, Kimber and Jayce Cummins.

A memorial service will be held at a later time with warmer weather.

Pier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
