Last Rites Today For Lance Creek Infant

Funeral services for Carl Wayne Garhart, eight months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Garhart of Lance Creek will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Peet Mortuary Chapel with Mrs. McAtee, wife of the Church of God minister of Lance Creek in charge of the services. Burial will be in the Prairie View cemetery southwest of Keeline.

Death came suddenly about 11:15 a. m., Wednesday, April 16 to take the little one from this worldly life. Born at Lusk, July 20, 1940, the baby had been in a weakened condition several months and had suffered from pneumonia and other complications. Although given every care that loving hands could give, the infant passed away suddenly Wednesday morning in the mother's arms.
