Infant Son of Mr. and Mrs. Brewer Died Last Friday
Keith Eldon Brewer, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Brewer passed away suddenly last Friday at Cheyenne, Wyoming. The little child had been suffering some two weeks from pneumonia and suffered a relapse, passing away before he could be moved from the home to the hospital.
Keith Eldon Brewer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy C. Brewer, was born at Van Tassell, Wyoming, November 7, 1940 and passed from this life at Cheyenne, Wyoming on February 14, 1941 at the age of three months and seven days. He leaves to mourn his passing besides his parents, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Packard of Van Tassell, his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Frank Brewer of Manville; two great-grandmother, Mrs. Eliza Rogers of Crawford, Nebr., and Mrs. Rozilla J. Packard of Minatare, Nebr., and one great-great grandmother, Mrs. Amy Brott of Crawford, Nebr. Also three aunts, five uncles and five cousins, besides many other relatives and a host of friends and admirers.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 17 at the Peet Mortuary Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Millard H. Marshall in charge. Shirley Brown and Patricia Taylor sang "Beautiful Garden of Prayer," and "In The Garden" accompanied at the piano by Mrs. H.J. Templeton. Casket bearers were Lyle Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Clyde Rood and Alfred Welch. Interment was in the Lusk Cemetery.
The Brewer family had lived in this community until only a week previous when they had moved to Cheyenne where Mr. Brewer had work. The little child will be greatly missed by all who knew him as a darling baby boy.
