Infant is Flu Victim Saturday
Norman Harold, six month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hitshew of the Keeline community, passed away at the Lusk hospital at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, January 11th, death being attributed to pneumonia following an attack of influenza.
The little infant was brought to the hospital early Saturday morning for treatment, and despite every aid and care passed away a few hours later,
Last rites for the infant were held at the Peet Mortuary at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 14th with Rev. P.H. Evans in charge. Misses Shirley Brown and Patricia Taylor sang "When He Cometh," and "The Good shepherd" accompanied at the piano by Mrs. H.J. Templeton. Interment was at the Manville cemetery.
The infant is survived by the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hitshew; his maternal and paternal grandparents and a number of other near relatives and friends.
