Toni Brown
Memorial services for Toni Brown, 46, will be held at 2 p.m. on February 9th at Pier Funeral Home. Coffee and cake will follow at the First Baptist Church.
Toni Lee Brown, 46, succumbed to uterine cancer in San Antonio, TX on January 18th, 2019.
Brown, daughter of Everett and Terra Brown, was born April 1st, 1972. She graduated from Niobrara County High School in 1990.
In 1991, Toni married Walter Kant and welcomed their first daughter, Coral. In 2000, Walter and Toni welcomed their second child, Danielle. The family moved to Wisconsin but returned to Niobrara County. In 2011, Walter and Toni divorced. Toni later moved to Corpus Christi, Texas.
Toni was preceded in death by grandparents and great-grandparents: Reuben and Violet Boatright, Fred and Hazel Bertram.
She is survived by her parents, two daughters, three grandchildren; Lillian, Liam, and Lane Rea, sister; Hope Lovitt, step-siblings; Samantha Baty and George Brown, half-siblings; Jami, Jana, JD, and Janine Potter, and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Toni will be laid to rest with her grandparents in the Lusk Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to have donations be sent to The American Cancer Society in her memory.
