Frederick Christensen
Frederick Christensen of Amery, Wis., died at the home of a nephew on March 9, after a years' illness.
Mr. Christensen is a former resident of the Node community, having homesteaded near there in 1909.
He was married to Mrs. Georgia Lynn Joseph on July 15, 1918 and they continued to live near Node until her death in may of 1922, and she was buried in the Node cemetery.
Shortly after his wife's death, Mr. Christensen and his step-son, Leslie M. Joseph, left Wyoming and moved to Chicago, and later to Wisconsin.
He visited here in 1929 and again in 1943 with his niece, Mrs, Robert Scott of hat Creek and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Fae Lynn of Lusk.
Frederick Christensen was born in Denmark on August 31, 1869, and came to the United States when a young man. The other members of his family remained in Denmark and little is known of them.
His step-son, Leslie Joseph and family of Everett, Wash., survive him.
