Jack L. Cooley
Jack L. Cooley passed away April 28, 2017 at Longmont United Hospital. He was 81 years old. Jack was born in Pewaukee, WI on November 28, 1935 to Frederick and Hilda (Rutherford) Cooley. He moved to Boulder in 1972 where he worked for IBM as a tool designer. Jack enjoyed woodworking, cabinetry and was always keeping himself busy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Kenneth and a grandson Shawn Bennett.
Jack is survived by his children Jack, Jr. (Pam) Cooley, Tina Bennett, Penny (Joe) Rehn, Casey Cooley, Cory (Melissa) Cooley, and Gwendie McCullough; his brother Roger (Jo) Cooley; his sister Linda (Dennis) Voight; seven grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and his close friend Kenny Comer. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday May 6, 2017 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory.
