Tony L. Barta. the father of Benjamin G. Barta of Lusk, died February 3 in Bozeman, Mont. Graveside service was held in Bozeman on Feb. 6. Mr. Barta was born Oct. 5, 1918. A terminal illness was diagnosed two months prior to his death.
Other survivors besides Benjamin are a son Larry Barta Idaho Falls, Idaho; daughters, Laurie Pendleton of Midvale, Utah, Vivian McKay of Caldwell, Idaho and Bev Jan Cornell of Soda Springs, Idaho; several grandchildren.
Benjamin Barta was unable to attend the service because of the weather but the other children did attend.
