George Lloyd Reese Sr.
George Lloyd Reese, 81, departed this life June 17, 1949. He was born in South Wales, England and moved with his parents from England to Boston, Mass., at the age of four years. He attended school there until 1879 when he moved with his parents to the state of Kansas where he grew to young manhood. At the age of 33, he was united in marriage to Miss Grace Ann Farley on July 17, 1901 at Norton, Kansas. To this union were born five children, one daughter and four sons. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Grace Reese; one daughter, Leola Reese; four sons, George, Jr., Charlie, Raymond and Leonard; five grandchildren; two daughters-in-law; one sister, Mrs. Susie White, and a niece, Mrs. Mildred Haines of Kanorado, Kansas.
