Per her request, there will be no services for Georgia Mae Foster, 88, who passed away at Niobrara Health and Life Center Mon., Dec. 15, 2014. Pier Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. A full obituary will follow.

Georgia Mae (Dorr) Foster died peacefully in her sleep Dec. 15, 2014, at the Niobrara Health and Life Center in Lusk.
Georgia was born Aug., 16, 1926 in Meade, Colo. to George and Mae (Howard) Dorr. She was raised in Longmont and Golden, Colo. She married her high school sweetheart William John 'Bill' Foster Oct. 13, 1945, while Bill was serving in the Naval Air Force in the South Pacific Theater and the Philippine Islands during WWII. They lived in Ft. Collins, Colo. upon his return from service where they welcomed two sons, Robert William and Michael John. They moved to Billings, Mont. where they welcomed Carol Lee and Maryanne.
Georgia loved to read, crochet, and make homemade candy. She was a volunteer Pink Lady at Billings Deaconess Hospital and worked in the children's Department of Hart-Albin Company for several years. She lost her husband Bill in 1986 and moved several times to share her love with her children and grandchildren throughout the remainder of her life.
She is survived by her children: Michael (Dorothy) of Bozeman, Mont.; Maryann (David) of Thermopolis, Wyo.; and Carol (Lee) of Lusk, Wyo.; ten glorious grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, and her son Robert (Becky) of Aurora, Colo. in 2012.
Per her request, there will be no services. She will be inurned in Worland, Wyo.
