James "Dick" Richard David
James Richard 'Dick' David, 82, passed away at his home in Broomfield, Colo., Fri., Oct. 3, 2014. Graveside services at the Lusk Cemetery will be held Fri., Oct. 10 at 2:00 p.m. A memorial service was held in Broomfield Wed., Oct. 8.

James R. "Dick" David
James R. "Dick" David was born December 13, 1931, in Lusk, Wyoming, to C.A. and Elva David. Dick passed away October 3, 2014 at his home in Broomfield, Colorado. Graveside services were held at Lusk Cemetery on Friday, October 10th.
Dick attended Lusk High School, Colorado Military Academy in Denver, and University of Wyoming . He ranched 30 miles north of Lusk until 1965 when he moved with his family to Denver. Dick was a member of the Wyoming National Guard. He owned Arrowhead Sales, an electronics sales business for approximately 40 years until his retirement in 2008. Dick enjoyed traveling the US by motorhome, videography, rose gardening, and auto restoration. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix from bird houses to tractors. He remained politically active.
Dick is survived by his wife, Patty McLain David, and his children Mary Jo Seufert, Therese (Rick) Cooley, Barbara (John) Borrego, Richard David, and Lisa Ehlers, 12 grandchildren, 10 3/4 great-grandchildren, sister Shirley Geist, nephew Steven Geist, and numerous other nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his first wife, Jo Ann, daughter Christine, parents, and sisters Irma Palmer, Genevieve David, Virginia Crandall, and Florence Kavanaugh.
