MRS. MAIN FIRST ONE OF FAMILY TO PASS AWAY
Mrs. Addie E. Main, living seven miles northwest of this city died Tuesday of cerebral hemorrhage. The body was shipped Thursday to LaCrosse, Wisconsin, by W. W. Austin, the undertaker.
Mrs. Main, who was a native of New York, is survived by her husband and nine children and her passing marks the first death that has occurred in that family. She was 65 years old and her sudden taking was due to arteriosclerosis from which she had suffered for thirty years.
She was a kind soul, a gentle mother and highly respected by all who knew her. Her passing will create a huge void in the main home where she was a guiding spirit and comfort to those she leaves behind.
