Amanda C. Gazlay, wife of Herbert D. Gazlay and resident of Wyoming for twenty years, died at Glendo Saturday, July 7. She was in her seventy-second year.
Amanda Waters (Waters) was married to Herbert D. Gazlay on April 18, 1908 and came to Wyoming, their home being at Esterbrook.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son, R. M. Peaver of Douglas and two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Parsons of Sturgis, S.D.; and Mrs. Lena Crabb of Esterbrook.
Funeral services were held at the Congregational church at Glendo on Monday, Rev. C. W. Barr of Lost Spring officiating. Burial was in the Lost Spring cemetery.
