Claude Bridge Dies In Cheyenne Sun.
Claude "Pete" Bridge died Sunday at the Memorial Hospital in Cheyenne where he had been taken the previous Friday in the Peet ambulance.
Mr. Bridge had been in poor health for some time and had been a patient in the Lusk Hospital for a number of weeks.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Peet Chapel on Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock with Rev. O.H. Shroyer officiating.
Mrs. Bridge was in Cheyenne with her husband at the time of his death. Funeral arrangements were delayed until the arrival of Otis McAllister, stepson of Mr. Bridge.

Services Held For Pete Bridge Thurs.
Funeral services for Claude "Pete" Bridge, who died at the memorial Hospital in Cheyenne on Sunday, December 12, were held Thursday, December 16, in Lusk.
Mr. Bridge had been in failing health for several years, but only recently became seriously ill. He was taken to Cheyenne the Friday before his death.
Mr. Bridge was born February 13, 1879, at St. Libory, Howard County, Nebraska. He was one of ten children of Frank and Annie Bridge. His parents and five brothers have preceded him in death.
He received his education in the community where he was born and lived in Nebraska until coming to Wyoming in 1913, when he homesteaded on Little Lightning Creek, northwest of Manville.
He was married to Cordelia Bray at Chadron, Nebr., on August 15, 1927. In 1935 he sold his homestead and the family moved to Manville, where they resided until 1946, when they moved to Lusk.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Cora Bridge, and four stepsons, James McAllister of Harrison, Neb., Kenneth McAllister of Lusk, Otis McAllister of Fort Lewis, Wash., and Henry Bray of Lance Creek, Wyo.
He is also survived by two brothers, Charley Bridge of North Loup, Neb., and Roy Bridge of Fremont, Neb., and two sisters, Jane Calvin of Ogallala, Wash., and Hattie Stallman of Manville, Wyo.
Funeral services were conducted from the Peet chapel on Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock by Rev. O. F. Shroyer. The songs "Beyond the Sunset," "In the Garden", and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" were sung by Mrs. Edna DeCastro and Miss Neoma Taylor, accompanied by Mrs. J.P. Watson on the chapel organ.
Interment was made in the Lusk Cemetery and the casket bearers were Sam Blaney, Sidney Shockley, Claude Crittenden, Harvey McCluskey, Carl Baughn and Fred Baughn.
