Former Lusk Lady Dies in Albuquerque, N.M.

Mrs. Verdi Jensen, who with her husband, H. R. Jensen resided in Lusk during the first years of their married life passed away at their home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 2nd.

Mrs. Hans Meng is a sister of Mrs. Jensen's and there are also many friends in this vicinity who will regret to hear of her untimely death.

The following account is copied from an Albuquerque newspaper.

Mrs. Verdi Jensen, wife of H.R. Jensen, Albuquerque farm machinery company head, died early Sunday morning. The family has resided here for six years, and previous to that lived in Estanela.

Mrs. Jensen, 39 years of age, is survived by her husband, head of the H. R. Jensen Co., two daughters, Zoe and Betty Ann, and a son, Robert, all of Albuquerque.

Other relatives include her father, M.W. Jensen, Los Angeles; (according to census records, this should be Merton W. Jones), four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Walker, Los Angeles, Mrs. Hans Meng, Hat Creek, Wyo.; Mrs. John Glover, Porcupine, S. Dak., and Mrs. George Cover, Scenic, N. D.; a brother, Francis Bergeson, Denver, Colo.
