Emma Crater Burnett
Former Resident Dies in California
Mrs. Emma Crater Burnett passed away at the home of a sister in North Hollywood, California on September 22 after an illness of several months and burial was made in a cemetery at Glendale.
Mrs. Burnett lived in Lusk for a number of years, she was then Mrs. Harry Crater and her husband passed away here in 1906 and is buried in the Lusk cemetery. After the death of her husband she went to Laramie where she resided for several years, then moved to Portland, Ore. where she was married to George Burnett who died several years ago.
In February of this year in company with her daughter, Mrs. Ida Clark, she moved to North Hollywood. She is also survived by a son Beryl Crater of Riverside, California. Her son was born in Cheyenne and her daughter in Lusk.
Mrs. Burnett is survived by several brothers and sisters. One brother, Bert Case, is well known in Lusk and Manville having resided here for many years. He was with his sister at the time of her death.
