Robert Park

Robert Park, 73, died April 29, 2008, in Sun City, Ariz.

Bob and Billie were married in Manville where Bob, after graduation from Manville High School, went to work for Marathon Oil Co. Bob started as a roustabout, climbing derricks in weather ranging from minus-10 to 100 degrees. He stayed with the company and retired as a maintenance supervisor.

Bob loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting in the Cody area where he resided 35 years, as well as guiding out of state hunters in the mountains around Cody. Bob stayed active playing softball, tennis and golf.

He loved working with youth baseball and taught everyone he played in sports or cards the value of competition, playing to win and playing honestly.

Bob worked hard, played hard and loved completely. Above all, he valued his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He supported his family and taught them all of life's great values. He will be missed.

Bob is survived by his wife of 54 years Billie L. Park, children Bobbie Tyler, Teresa Embrey and Todd Park, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
