Tragic Occurrence at Double R. Ranch Saturday night

The people of this community were greatly shocked last Saturday night when reports reached them of the death, by suicide, of Mrs. Edith Ryan, the most startling tragedy which has occurred in this community for many years. The dreadful occurrence took place at the R. R. ranch about three miles northeast of Manville. Wm. Delahoydt, her fiancé, of Lusk was the only one present at the time.....

The funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the M. E. Church at Manville, interment in (Dellview) cemetery near town. Rev. Blenkarn of Lusk officiating and Undertaker F. E. Boyd of Lusk director. There was a large attendance at the funeral and beautiful floral offering from her many friends here and at Lusk covered the casket.

The sympathies of the entire community are with the bereaved mother, brothers and sisters all of whom were here to attend the funeral.
