Adam Backer of Keeline Area Dies
Adam Backer, 58, passed away at the Lusk Hospital on Wednesday forenoon, Dec. 13, from the effects of a cerebral hemorrhage. He had been brought to the hospital three days previous from his home ten miles southwest of Keeline.
Funeral arrangements are still indefinite, awaiting word from a son in the Navy, but it is thought likely that services will be held from the Peet Chapel on Saturday.
Surviving him are his wife, Amelia, two sons, John of Midwest, and William in the Navy, and three daughters, Mrs. Frank Nagel of Midwest, Mrs. Lydia McMillan of Casper and Mrs. Dorothy Walsh of Keeline. Six grandchildren also survive.
