Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Mangrum
Debbie Carroll (LaMaack) Mangrum
On Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at 9:38 p.m., Debbie Mangrum, at 42, left this earth; the victim of a drunk driver. Memorial services are planned for Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church. Internment to follow at the Lusk Cemetery.
Debbie came into this world on Nov. 28, 1967, in Greenville, Miss., born to Robert and Tish Carroll, who later divorced.
Debbie was a talented, bright and beautiful woman. She loved life and people. She always had at least one job -- cutting hair. Owning and operating "Reflections by Deb" hair salon was her pride and joy. She loved going and spending time with her children, and Sunday was always "Family Day". She would do anything for a friend.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter LaTisha, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandfather.
Debbie is survived by her parents, Tish and Larry LaMaack and Robert Carroll; two sisters; Christy (Todd) Downing and Rebecca (Michael) Schaartz; four children, Christopher (Cherie) Mangrum, Paris (Mike) Smith, Brea Mangrum and Jordan Mangrum; four grandchildren, Tristen, Jayden, Journey Lynn, and Christian Mangrum.
Though she is in the arms of her Savior, she will be deeply missed by her family and those who knew and loved her.
